The key makes it possible to unscrew the filter holder from the tap in a simple and quick way in order to then be able to mount the special Hello Bidet filter holder .

The key is suitable for 3 different sizes of filter holders (22mm – 24mm – 25mm - usually used for washbasins and bidets) and it is also used to unscrew the filter holders of other taps in the house (kitchen, second bathroom bath etc.) to be able to periodically remove limescale or other impurities from the internal aerator.

(The faucet filter holder can be replaced with the Hello Bidet filter holder only on first use. The Hello Bidet filter holder allows the faucet to be used normally, with water filtering and aeration to save water. On the other hand, the Hello Bidet key cannot be used to screw the Hello Bidet filter holder which must be screwed with the fitting as indicated in the manual).
