The TULIPE catheter is the first deformable, flexible catheter that adapts to the shape of the vagina by opening gently like the corolla of a tulip. Once compressed between the therapist's thumb and forefinger, it is no larger than a finger and can be inserted without any risk of pinching soft tissue. For the 1st time, it's the probe that adapts to women's anatomy and not the other way round!
The TULIPE probe respects the physiological angulation of the vagina, respects its dimensions* and is hollowed out so that its concavity accommodates the cervix (neck of the uterus).
These properties allow TULIP to naturally take up its endocavitary position and remain there in any situation.
