Perifit and its app: how does it work?

Initially, when you start the training session, the app guides you step by step through the use of the probe.

Once the probe is inserted into the vagina and the app is opened via your smartphone or tablet, the probe connects to the app via Bluetooth.

The probe's sensors measure your pelvic strength and the app suggests suitable exercises. On the app, your perineum will be symbolized either by a flower, or by a butterfly, or either by a character following the exercises , so you can follow your work in real time and see it go up or down to the rhythm of the contractions.

Perifit offers different types of exercises for the following cases:

• stress incontinence,
• urge (or urgency) incontinence,
• postpartum,
• sex (sensations during intercourse),
• prevention.

After a few weeks of use, your perineum will be stronger, you will become more aware of the muscles of your perineum and will be able to better retain small urinary leaks when you cough or make an effort .
