The Milex Cube Perforated Pessary is designed to provide effective and comfortable support for women suffering from any type of prolapse and/or stress urinary incontinence, even where all other pessary designs have failed.
The effectiveness of the support provided by this pessary is due to the combination of its volume and the suction effect created by its 6 concave sides which "suction" on the vaginal walls. It is particularly indicated in cases where the vaginal wall is completely devoid of tone, and therefore cannot maintain the other models of pessaries, or in the absence of the cervix.
