Dish Urethral
Equipped with a button that is placed under the urethra to stabilize it and restore it to the correct position, the Dish pessary helps restore control of urine flow.
Its flexible silicone “hammock” membrane provides reinforced support in the event of bladder and/or uterine prolapse.
The Urethral Dish Pessary with Support provides immediate relief by correcting:
• leaks related to stress urinary incontinence
• symptoms caused by a possible prolapse of the bladder and/or uterus: feeling of heaviness in the pelvis, pain, dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse), etc. It also allows, worn at the first signs, even when the prolapse is still asymptomatic, to prevent the aggravation of the descent of organs and the appearance of symptoms.
Prevention
The Urethral Dish Pessary with Support is also indicated when a pessary unmasks stress urinary incontinence. It happens that a prolapse masks urinary incontinence. When the prolapse is put back in place thanks to the pessary, the incontinence reappears. The Dish then makes it possible to support the prolapse while correcting urinary leakage on exertion.
